This Trademark Policy outlines the guidelines for using our trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively referred to as "Trademarks"), and provides detailed information about how third parties can request permission to use these marks.

In these cases, the Trademarks should be used as part of a neutral and factual reference to RaiseHub's services. You must not create confusion about the nature of your relationship with RaiseHub.

The following uses of RaiseHub’s Trademarks are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

You may not use RaiseHub’s Trademarks in any manner that suggests or implies that you are affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with RaiseHub without obtaining written consent. For example, you may not:

* Use our name or logo on your website, advertisements, or promotional materials to falsely imply that RaiseHub is sponsoring or endorsing your business, product, or project.

* Use our Trademarks in social media handles, usernames, or domain names that could create confusion or imply a connection that doesn’t exist.

4.4 Defamation or Harmful Use

You may not use our Trademarks in any way that could harm the reputation of RaiseHub or disparage the platform. Specifically, you may not:

* Use our Trademarks in connection with offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content.

* Incorporate our Trademarks into any media or materials that could harm RaiseHub’s reputation or public perception.

4.5 Use in Domain Names or Social Media Accounts

You may not register domain names, usernames, or other online identifiers that include or are confusingly similar to RaiseHub’s Trademarks without our written permission. This includes:

* Using "RaiseHub", "Crowdfunding", or any other variation of our name as part of a domain name (e.g., www.theraisehub.com / https://www.theraisehub.com).

* Creating social media handles that incorporate our Trademarks, unless you have received prior authorization from RaiseHub.

If you wish to use RaiseHub’s Trademarks in a way that is not covered by this policy (such as for commercial purposes, on merchandise, or for promotional activities), you must request written permission from us.

To request permission, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request: Send a written request to legal@theraisehub.com (mailto:legal@theraisehub.com) with the following information:

   * Your full name, company name (if applicable), and contact information.

   * The specific Trademark(s) you wish to use.

   * The intended purpose of the use (e.g., product marketing, website use, media, etc.).

   * The specific platform(s) or media where the Trademark will appear.

2. Review Process: Upon receipt of your request, RaiseHub’s legal team will review your use case. If the use is deemed acceptable and in line with our brand guidelines, we will issue you a written license agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the approved use.

3. Written Agreement: If permission is granted, you must comply with all conditions specified in the written agreement. Any use of our Trademarks that is outside of these conditions will be considered unauthorized.

If you believe that someone is using RaiseHub’s Trademarks without authorization or in a way that violates our intellectual property rights, we encourage you to report the infringement to us.
