RaiseHub platform provides crowdfunding services for creative projects,
products, personal fundraisers, and charitable or community causes. The
platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not control, manage, or
guarantee the outcome of any campaign.
By making a contribution, users acknowledge and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
❌ 1. No Automatic Right to a Refund
* All contributions made through the platform are voluntary and final.
* The platform does not guarantee refunds under any circumstances except as expressly stated in this policy.

Crowdfunding inherently involves risk, including delays, changes,
failure to deliver rewards, or failure to achieve stated outcomes.
🤝 2. Donation-Based Campaigns
* Donations made to personal, community, or charitable campaigns are non-refundable.
* Contributions are considered gifts made without expectation of goods, services, or returns.
* Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, including:
* Verified fraud
* Proven misuse of funds
* Confirmed platform or payment processing errors
* Emotional hardship, dissatisfaction, or change of intent does not qualify for a refund.
🎁 3. Reward-Based Campaigns
* Campaign creators are solely responsible for the creation, delivery, quality, and timing of rewards.
* The platform does not guarantee:
* Delivery of rewards
* Product quality or functionality
* Timelines or manufacturing success
* Failure to deliver a reward does not automatically entitle a contributor to a refund.
* Contributors must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the campaign creator.
* The platform may review disputes but retains full discretion to deny refund requests.

* If a campaign does not reach its funding goal by the stated deadline:

* No refund is required or issued

* Funds are collected regardless of whether the campaign reaches its goal.
* All contributions to flexible funding campaigns are non-refundable, even if:
* The goal is not reached
* The project is delayed, modified, or cancelled
⚠️ 5. Platform Errors & Unauthorized Transactions
* Refunds may be issued only for:
* Duplicate charges
* Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
* Verified technical or payment processing errors
* Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time frame.
* The platform reserves the right to investigate and deny claims.
💶 6. Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets
* All contributions and refunds are processed exclusively using cryptocurrency or approved digital assets.
* Network fees, transaction fees, exchange fees, wallet fees, and any third-party charges are non-refundable.

The platform is not responsible for price volatility, exchange rate
fluctuations, blockchain confirmation delays, or any financial losses
incurred outside the platform.
🔁 7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
* Filing a chargeback without contacting the platform may result in:
* Immediate suspension of the user account
* Permanent restriction from platform use
* The platform reserves the right to contest all chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to payment providers.
🛠️ 8. Platform Authority & Enforcement
The platform reserves the right to:
* Suspend or terminate campaigns or user accounts
* Freeze or withhold funds during investigations
* Deny any refund request at its sole discretion
* Take legal or administrative action in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations
All refund-related decisions made by the platform are final and binding.
