Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as required by the DMCA or other applicable laws.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the content in question within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original claimant files a lawsuit to prevent the restoration of the content.

RaiseHub has adopted a policy of terminating accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others, we may suspend or terminate their account and access to the Site.

RaiseHub does not monitor or actively review the content uploaded by users to the Site, and we are under no obligation to do so. However, if we are made aware of a potential infringement or illegal activity, we may remove or disable access to the content in question at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Under the DMCA, service providers like RaiseHub are not liable for infringing content posted by users if they comply with the procedures for responding to infringement claims.
